Currently spearheading the Human Resources Directorate at the Wildlife Conservation Society for the DRC program, my focus is on building an HR function that is both strategic and operationally excellent. Our team's mission is to structure, cultivate, and maintain a workplace environment that not only supports our conservation objectives but also empowers our dedicated staff.
